Supplement Explainer

Our recipes fully comply with standards set by the Association of American Food Control Officials (AAFCO), which all pet food manufacturers follow. We use all-fresh ingredients plus nutritional supplements to meet these standards. Some of these supplements have names that sound like they came from a chemistry set, so we put together this explanation of each supplement, its purpose and its source.
