Shipping/Delivery Policy

We make Bubba's Bowl meals by hand and deliver fresh to your door within a day of production. To ensure you have the freshest food, we ask you to select a date and time for your delivery. You must be home to receive your fresh food order (think GrubHub rather than Amazon!). ​

Placing your order​

• While checking out, we ask you to select a date and time for your delivery (typically a 2-3 hour window).

• We will send a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Deliveries

• Deliveries are on Tuesdays and Fridays (we expect to expand this in the near future). Our order cutoff time is 1pm, so if you place your order before 1pm on Monday or Thursday, we will deliver the following day.

• All of our orders are delivered by Bubba's Bowl staff, clearly identified on our vehicles and ID tags. Meals are stored in coolers while in transit to you.

• We will text you the day of delivery to ensure you are at home to receive your order.

• All items are delivered fresh, never frozen.  To ensure the food is within safety guidelines, you must be present to receive the package.

 

Shipping Costs

​Shipping is always free regardless of the size of your order.
